The existing method of accounting was highly complex due to the substantial monthly volumes making the processing time-consuming and error-prone. About Client

Allium is a leading supplier of onion in the market of Karnataka state. They are delivering onion according to our customer preferences. The team has good experience with growers, shippers, and customers at what quality and price they want. They also know market temperaments and strategies while dealing as purchasing coordinators.

The Business Challenges

With distributed purchase & selling vendors across the zone, the team was facing issues with the backlogs of invoices, unable to meet processing timelines. The process required extensive human intervention, and it was daunting to manage LOT manually. The massive task of manual account payable execution is time-consuming and error-prone. With increasing volumes from multiple vendors, the team could not cope stocks as expected. The biggest drawback of business processing is existing system is not in the Kannada language. The client is aspiring to digitize workflows and invoice processes using a user-friendly approach for increasing productivity.

Our Solution

After thoroughly analyzing the client's existing process, Alit Technology fixes the issue by implementing desktop software to automate the invoice validation. The solution delivered to the client was fully customizable and inoffensive. For LOT management, we have created a sheet module, making it easy to view reports with a single click. Our team has proposed a user-friendly collaborative workflow system by designing robotic process automation to accelerate payments for suppliers. We have built multi-language software that proves cost-effective in problem-solving and develops greater cognitive flexibility.
