The Business Challenges
In this competitive era, today's workforce is getting more vigorous. Asp pipe is coping up with HR management system using excel sheets. The company is having difficulty handling extensive employee data with high speed. The current existing system is taking 8-10 days to calculate salary. It is highly prone to manage and calculate employees' attendance from various remote locations using a spreadsheet is frustrating. According to Kenya Regulatory Authority norms, the organization is finding difficulty in calculating salary, leading to a severe penalty for non-compliance.

For managing adverse reporting more efficiently with high speed and good quality, the company has used c#.Net framework 4.5. We have integrated a biometric attendance device for tracking data from multiple remote locations that help to meet clients' needs with utmost satisfaction.
