The client also requires automation in the updating of rates while creating new quotes for all franchises. Alit Technology has created a product that helps the client streamline critical business processes and gain valuable insights from data gathered across the organization, which helps to increase productivity.

About Client

Aspen is the leading and dynamic furniture and joinery manufacturer company in Australia. They specialize in designing and installing quality furniture and joinery manufacturers, crafting tailored solutions for corporate companies and architects nationwide.

The Business Challenges

The primary issue that the client is facing is cost estimation and generating quotations. It becomes challenging for them to maintain and recognize formulas in an excel sheet that keeps changing regularly. The existing system operated in the file system in one database becomes challenging to keep a record of previous client quotations. To overcome this tedious process, the client required a rich and fast user interface fr maintaining large excel files and the system to control formulas at the user's end.

Our Solution

Alit Technology understood the client's concerns and addressed them with desktop software having masters of every material with name, quantity,& rates. We have created inbuilt formulas in the software that the end-users can easily access. We built multi-user software that allows quotations can share with people. Alit Technology has proposed an early cost estimation approach which is a critical factor in the company's growth.
